I Know Where I'm Going
I'm learning this song on the guitar:
I know where I'm going
I know who's going with me
I know who I love
And my dear knows who I'll marry.
I have stockings of silk
And shoes of bright green leather
Combs to buckle my hair
And a ring for every finger.
Feather beds are soft
And painted rooms are bonnie
But I would give them all
For my handsome winsome Johnny.
Some say he is bad
But I say he's bonnie
Fairest of them all
Is my handsome winsome Johnny.
I know where I'm going
I know who's going with me
I know who I love
And my dear knows who I'll marry.
You may listen to the tune here.

Is it actually playing the song? If not, I'm not gonna bother. I'll just wait until you do a audio post of yourself. And please tell me those are actually your shoes.
I meant "actually you playing the song"
Duh
Nonny, It's not actually me playing the song! It's a MIDI file I found while looking for song variations to help me learn. And I wish the shoes were actually mine! I desire proper green suede shoes. (I used to have some green suede boots, but the traction was terrible.) I think of the song Drive by Joe 90 as "my" song because of the green suede shoes reference.
Now I actually need to wear some.
