Elizabeth Mitchell in Seattle

It's not too late to get your tickets to see Elizabeth Mitchell in concert in Seattle, Washington at Town Hall. There are two shows, and children under twelve are free (but you still need to get them tickets). I just found out that Recess Monkey is going to make a guest appearance, too. I think I can count on one hand the local folks who read this blog, but hey, local folks, pass along the news to those you think might be interested. The House of Glee will be at the 11 am show.

Seattle sure sounds like a happening place.

So, Elizabeth Mitchell? I've heard bits and pieces of her music but haven't fallen in love yet--maybe it's time to try again with a whole cd. Is there one you recommend?

And--Dan Zanes is giving a free concert out here (at the Kennedy Center, on Saturday). I wonder if it'll be worth the crowds that are sure to attend....

Have a great time!

LSM: Seattle definitely seems to have a good children's music scene going on. (And Phil would know more about the grownup music scene.)

Anamaria: I'd recommend You Are My Little Bird to listen to. If you don't like You Are My Little Bird, then Mitchell probably isn't your magician. That's great that Dan Zanes is giving a free concert this Saturday. I'd surely be tempted to go despite the crowds (which are often a deterrent for me too).
