Brontë Sisters Power Dolls

A friend sent me a video of the mighty Charlotte, Emily and Anne Brontë Sisters represented as action figures battling the evil publishing industry:

Bronte Sisters Power Dolls

Watch out for the powerful Brontë-saurus!

I have a feeling that the Brontë-saurus would have given Transformers a run for their money.

I adore this. LSP copied the link to show to his fellow English teachers.

What is the world coming to? The Bronte sisters were daughters of Yorkshire. Their multi-layered writings deserve study and admiration not the cheapening effect of TV superhero portrayal by shallow non-readers.

Who are you calling a non-reader, YP?

If you really want to tsk tsk at someone Mrs Pudding, I'd go for the folks who are publishing junk like "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies".

I've read and studied the Brontes since college. Adore Charlotte, don't have much use for Emily and don't recall Anne's stuff. But funny is funny!
