Pirate Tre(a)sure

When I was seven years old, I planned to market a board game called "Pirate Treasure." I decided it would revolutionize the industry. When the initial beta-testing didn't go over as well as I would have liked, I abandoned the game for other projects... plays, novels, dance performances, and once, a carnival. I planned to make money from the things I loved to do. However, when one of our neighbors gave me 10 cents for my dance performance, I had to give the money back. Crivens!

Here is the game:

Again with the almost unbearable adorability. You make my heart hurt in a good way. Listening to your childhood makes me smile.

Hey, did you hear that Seattle is supposedly the countries smartest city? I'm apt to agree :)

Even back then you were the most creative child in the sandbox. TOO CUTE!

I think Spongebob ripped you off. They have an entire episode devoted to a similar game.

It's sad that I know this.

Nonny: Thanks! I know you know I mainly post the good parts of my childhood, and very few of the harrowing experiences.;) Of course, if I can get a good story out of it...

I didn't know about Seattle being the country's smartest city. In yer eye, New York City! Whoops, sorry. There's a rivalry between Seattle and NYC that NYC knows nothing about. Seattle's jumping up and down going, "Lookitme, lookitme" while NYC doesn't even notice the midge nibbling at its shoelace.

Lady K: I was the only kid in the sandbox! It's true, all true. Thank you, though. The creativity was what got me through the not-so-fun times.

Limpy99: I am so sueing that Spongebob Squarepants. I'll ask Harlan Ellison to help me out.
