Ha! I think I still like your abbreviated version best.
I am getting more fond of the books as my immediate reaction to the last book fades. I also have to admit that I *love* talking about the books with all the teens who come in looking for them. I was just talking to one the other day who had read them all and is now working her way through them on CD. You've got to love that dedication.

That was a great review. Thanks for pointing me to it. Most likely I'll not get to those novels, but I sure like klonktrillion and the apple-fritter analogy.
